Hii Dr. Im slim nd im taking alfalfa syrup frm 3 months I hve gained lil weight but I can not see diff in my self nd muscles mass is not increasing wat I should do to increase muscle mass if weight is increasing then why muscles mass not increasing please tel me.? Ty reply asap.
