I have pain in neck. Spine specialist told it myophysial pain syndrome. One day I shock my neck very badly in past. Due to it I am unable to study well. I am depressed little bit. It is from 2-3 years now. Can it be cured or not. I am fed up and once in past thought to end my life. Also there is shaking in my fingers of hands and also lack of strength in right hand.
