Sir I am a sports person (Athletics) in morning I used to eat idly, dosa (Indian foods) some what etc. But I think so that is not good for sports person to eat in morning. Give some tips what can I eat in morning.

It is important to have a good breakfast in the morning. Please have a breakfast including carbohydrates for instant energy, protein in the form of milk, sprouts or eggs to keep you full for longer and fruit for fibre, vitamins and minerals. You can eat after running.
