Sir, my age is 49. When I wake up at morning I regularly find my whole left hand numb. My blood pressure usually remains high so someone suggested that it may be connected to heart problem. Please advice something.

It is not due to your heart problem. Its dysaesthesia (loss of sensation. Kindly dip your hands inside mug full of lukeworm water for 15 min and do some free exercises for one week. Kindly do stretches for your hands also regularly. This will be helpful.
