My lab results are as below: Thyroid function tests: t3- 1.14, T4 - 10, TSH - 21.46 Lipid profile - Total cholesterol 314.3, Triglycerides - 618.5, VLDL -123.7 Creatine (serum)- 1.1 Sugar - fating 184, PPBS- 350 I am also hypertensive but under control with tablets - I have met a doc who has prescribed a few medicines. But people around me are unduly worried. Are their worries valid and should I also be worried.

Getting worried is not the solution to any problems. Your lab results are not in normal range. Once you will start taking medicines properly with proper diet and exercise, you will be fine.
