I have an issue with the body fat accumulated in the thighs. Where as I m fine with the upper body. I do lot of exercise but unable to cure.

Do exercise like cycling,sit ups,squats,lying butt bridge,skipping,swimming.Along with this proper balanced diet with lots of fruits,vegetables,protein foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,sugar,sweetened juice.Drink lots of water.No smoking,alcohol.
