Reduce weight,control eating to balance your normal blood sugar level.Eat small amount of foods.No sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods but not much.Take extra protein to improve insulin sensitivity.Take walnut,almond.Drink lots of water specially before meals.No smoking,alcohol.Do regular exercise.These two things will help you
