Stop eating. You will lose fast. But it is not correct. Fast is not advisable. Eat lots of salads vegetables soups and buttermilk. Avoid ghee oils fried butter makhan cheese papad milk peas potatoes rice and sugar. Drink lots of water. Jogging daily is a must.
