Heart blockage .my medicine are rozucor gold 20 mg met xl 25 mg ctd t 12.5/80 my question is I have listened that refined oils and double refined oils are bad for heart health and non refined oil is best for heart health. Is it true?

Also filtered oils are produced at a lower temperature which retain most of the nutrition & the fatty acid bonds doesn't become toxic, which is not true with refined oils.
