My low back sever pain sir, took the some medicines but no improvement (eg. Daiclomol and aciclofeniac and surcoferrol tonic bottals).

Dear , you need to be thoroughly investigated to find the cause of your back pain. Taking painkillers is only a temporary solution. I would suggest that you get x-rays and mri scan of your back. If you have already visited an orthopedic surgeon, you can send me a photo of his prescription. Meanwhile use an l-s belt (available with most medicine shops). Take rest. Avoid forward bending and lifting heavy objects. Use a hot bag and pain relieving gel. How long are you having this pain?
