Hie doctor my age is 28 year female and I have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy 2 year back. My height is 5.1 and weight 69kg which was 72kg 4month back. I have gone through routine blood test and there was nothing unusual like thyroid or ny other problem. I am teacher by profession and have restricted totally oily and any junk food in diet. Is taking obicure green tea daily and salad and fruits in diet. Still I feel the pace of weight loss is very slow. I am regular brisk walker for 3 km in 45 minute daily for exercise please guide me how to loose excess body weight as its not healthy to be bulky.

Your trying too much for your weight loss but still not in control. It's main reason is your all internal layer from stomach to intestines there is a fatty layer prepared so how much you doing food restrictions then also it is worthless. You have to liquify the interal layer. By lukewarm water, why protein, buttermilk, green tea. This all may help you to liquify the internal layers of fat. Do your routine as you continue before.
