I have gone through routine blood test and there was nothing unusual like thyroid or ny other problem. I am teacher by profession and have restricted totally oily and any junk food in diet. Is taking obicure green tea daily and salad and fruits in diet. Still I feel the pace of weight loss is very slow. I am regular brisk walker for 3 km in 45 minute daily for exercise please guide me how to loose excess body weight as its not healthy to be bulky.
