I have digestion problem. My age is 21 years and I have not more time to take breakfast. So can I take salads, and after that milk. and if yes then which ingredients. To improve my digestive system so that whatever I will eat it works on my body.

Breakfast should be heavy. Lunch and dinner may be light. Avoid milk during the night. Find time for some exercise. Atleast a 30 min walk everyday. Consult a dietician for complete chart which will be personalised for you.
