Good afternoon sir. actually I am working in wipro at night shift. Due to less sleep I am facing so many problems.

If you have been into night shifts continuously for long time your body will adapt for it but only thing is you should compensate night sleep by sleeping in day. The shift changes too frequent are not good for health. But try to maintain a sleeping place during day, where your sleep should not get disturbed due to outside noises and chaos during day time such as vehicle horns, hawkers voices etc.
