I quited smoking on 13th Jan. 2016. I was smoking from last 2 years. Now I have decided to quit it. It has been 1 month and sometimes I am getting urge and craving due to which my hands and feet become cold nd sweaty. And restlessness occurs and I feeling fatigue. What should I do? What are these signs? Help me out.

As per your symptoms, they are bound to be there due to withdrawal of smoking and they will last for few months, inorder to recover from them try following things, 1. eat healthy food in small meals at the interval of 3-4 hours, avoid oily spicy and junk food. 2. exercise daily, 3. Eat fiber reach food with each meal's. This habits will provide you the necessary nutrition and stamina to deal with your problem.
