I have low stamina during my gym work out so what should I have to do to improve my stamina.

Please do treadmill for at least 20 minutes daily this should be consider as the primary exercise for you...you should do only free hand-exercise do not lift weight. Drink a glass of full cream warm milk daily with banana. Consider taking chicken at least 250 gms and 2 eggs daily.
