I have symptoms of artheritis since last 15 years. I have severe pain in my body suddenly during rainy season and also in chronic cold weather. Pain killer provide temporary relief and cause conspication. Laboratory test does not shows artheritis positive. I take warm water bath during whole year which provide some relief temporarily. Advise me permanent treatment.

I would like to know what arthritis are you referring here: degenerative or inflammatory? because there are separate causes and treatment measures for each of them. Could you kindly upload your investigations: blood and radiological investigations like x rays etc so that I can see what grade is it and what are best treatment options for you. Also I would like to know: - what treatment have you been taking for above mentioned problems - have you undergone physical therapy and do you continue at home doing exercises - do you take calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per your age? - how much can you walk in a day without pain killers and what is general analgesic requirement? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
