Excess weight is a issue, but if you are determine, you can do it. Eat frequently in a day but small portions. Do not starve your body for a long time. If you have time you can do brisk walk also. Weight loss means burn more cal than you intake. Portion control will help you to reduce weight but it should not be too less. Start your day with h2o i. E. Water. To know exact portion control require to understand some body parameters.
