Hello doctor. I am 27 year old girl. I feel sleepy all the times in the day. Let I be sleep early in the night or let it be late night, I wake up too late in the morning. I want to feel cheerful all the time but my body don't permit me to be like this. What may be the problem? Is it any thyroid related reason? Or lack of blood? Please suggest me what should I do to be happy? My mind don't thinks quikcky. I use laptop for work. Is it the reason for my body problem? But it is necessary to work on computer or laptop. What should I do? Please suggest me. Thank you. Regards, varsha chourasia.

Get your thyroid, hemoglobin and uric acid tests done. If the levels are imbalanced balancing them is necessary. Dear varsha your body has accumulated a lot of toxins so you need detoxification. Single fruit diet- 1. Take one fruit diet, only banana, for 2weeks. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet. (banana is fiber rich & high nutrient fruit with a no. Of health benefits. This would detoxify your body and help loose weight naturally). Rest enough as your body will go through deep detox and restoration. 2. Drink plenty of luke warm water, up to 3 ltrs per day. Yogasanas- kapalbhati pranayama empty stomach (starting with 10 min) followed by brisk running (15 to 20 min), aerobics & following yogasanas: -cobra pose (bhujang asana) -bow pose (dhanurasana) -suryanamaskaar. Take 6-8 munakka in a day.
