Healthy body in healthy mind! so decide first that you will find time daily for exercise for 1/2 an hour. Exposure to sun for 10- 30 minutes is necessary for our vitamin d requirement. So do your work sitting in sun or find time in between your job hours for walk in sun light. Key to heart as well as key to health is through stomach that too healthy eating habits. Take less roti almost 1per meal. More natural juices and water.
