Sir. I am 20 years old. From the past two weeks I am getting 5 (11_4: 30) hours sleep in the morning and again 2 (4_6) hours in evening. This schedule I have to continue it for 8 months. But I am too sleepy and lazy in the morning due to this schedule. So Please tell me how to control sleep in the morning. Please tell me whether this type of schedule cause any type side effects (like hair fall)?
