Hello Mr. lybrate-user thanks a lot for the kind query. Allergies and asthma goes hand in hand. On a safer note, try avoiding milk and milk products especially at night and also if you have a habit of eating fruits in dinner, it can be avoided as well. I can also guide you on some food and lifestyle as well to control the asthmatic attacks as well. If you are ok to come in for a consult for ayurveda, I can guide you better, you are advised to come on a private consult with me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
