I have a severe pain at the buttocks for every 24 hours. So there is a lack of sleep. I consulted with the piles specialist doctor. There is cold clot at my buttocks. So twice a day I have to consult the Dr. and it will be treated with plaster and ointment and I have to take tablets thrice in a day. If it was not treated even though then it should be operated. But 5 days have passed away and still now the pain was there for every 24 hrs and I can not sleep with this. So what is the only way to prevent it.
