I'm 18 years old and whenever I check my bp the systolic remains around 140 and the diastolic around 70. Is it normal? And what should I do about it?

Systolic bp of 140 is not normal and at your age it is a matter of concern. Please visit a local physician to get your bp measured by other apparatus and if still abnormal, you will need medications.
