M 25 years old! But m not very energetic, I get tired very soon! And I always feel sleepy, in office also I use to take a nap after every few hours! My stamina is not up to d mark as a 25 years young person should have! What should I do.

If your profile is hectic you feel, then try to change it. If its not in your hands r its diffcult, then try few techniques like practicing pranayama, breathing exercises like, art of living sessions, r any other typte of practices of mediatations to get relaxation of mind. Which ultimately empower your body als, proportionately. Try to take sufficient hrs of rest/sleep. Take cup of warm milk before you go to bed.
