Hi. I am 28 years old. Mujhe last 16 years se hypothyroid hai and mai regularly thyrox 75 mg leti hu. Now meri tsh level hai 1.69 and prolactin level hai 6.meri period cycle bhi regular hai mujhe 27 se 31 days ke andar har month period a jate hai. But mujhe period cycle ke middle me means probably mere ovalution ke time pe and exactly period start hone se 2 yea 4 days pahle se forehead and chin pe acne hote hai. Jo abhi filhal bohot badh gaye hai. Aisa kiyu hota hai? Iske liye mai kiya karu? Please help me please.

Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. Then apply honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water; then rinse again with cold water to close the pores. Yeast and yogurt mask for oily skin--oily skin is prone to acne, and this home remedy can reduce excess oil and help clear acne. To make the mask, combine 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast with a little plain yogurt to create a thin mixture. Apply it thoroughly to all the oily areas and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
