I am experiencing Erectile dysfunction from the past 1 week while getting prepared for intercourse. I am not sure why this is happening as it is affecting my sex health and adding to the frustration of my daily schedule.

Intercourse is a natural phenomenon. Don't take it like a stage performance. In case of a apparently healthy individual like you, it appears that it's sheer anxiety which is leading to sexual dysfunction. Once you fail at it chances of further failure increase as you become more and more anxious. Let the nature take its course. Do it just for sheer enjoyment. And don't always keep thinking that you are being judged.
