While wake up in the morning try to do some bed exercise like repeated ankle forward and backward bending at least 15 times each leg and knee bending, straight leg raising, please note every exercise its should done while lying.
Dear Mr. Better to rule out gout arthritis by doing uric acid estimation and any ligament tear through ct of ankle may guide the diagnosis of the present complaint.
