I am 18 years old boy, weighing 70 and my height is 170cm. Suggest me a cheap diet and source to loose weight up to 5kgs within 2 months. I have exams therefore I can't do exercises. Earlier I had jogged daily. But now I stopped because of exams. So suggest me a better plan to be fit.
