Dear sir, you can go for annual cancer screening by getting yourself thoroughly examined By a clinician for any obvious lump, ulceration, prostatomegaly or any suspicious visible or palpable finding. You can do radiological investigation like chest xray, ultrasound abdomen. You can get blood checked for various cancer markers like PSA, CEA etc and routine blood, stool, urine examination. Depending on symptoms sigmoidoscopy and laryngoscopy can be done.
