If you are able to watch a movie for an hour continuously, if you are able to play a game continuously for half an hour, you do not have any concentration problem. You are irritated easily. You become aggressive easily when you are irritated. I think two or three counseling sessions and psychotherapy techniques should solve your problem. I understand from your query that you think a lot but have a problem making the right decision. When you think a lot you divide your focus, attention and energy into multiple options ruining choice-making and making it impossible to pick the right one. Once the energy is diluted, it weakens the choice making. So I suggest that you limit your thinking to a desirable extent and even time yourself not to exceed 5 minutes before which you need to settle on an option. It does not matter, if it is right or wrong. Make the decision and check the decision with a friend or colleague or even your spouse to examine it for appropriateness. Anybody can be consulted because anyway you make the wrong decision or you are stuck in indecision! a simple formula is to examine a situation on two primary fronts: what will be affected if I decide for the motion, and how will it affect, if I decided against the motion. Then weigh the two fronts to look at which is more progressive and hassle-free in execution; and the most favored in terms of outcomes. This is just a rough guide but good enough for a different approach to the past methods that you were following. Do explore more with your friends, superiors and other people whom you hold in high regard for further techniques, and use them diligently. And be patient: haste makes waste. Discipline involves the ability to delay gratification.
