From last 1� month i'm experiencing pain in neck, arms, shoulders, knee. Sometimes pain is unbearable especially in neck area. Consulted many doctor took pain medicines still no use. Even done xray of neck, result was normal, tested thyroid, result normal. However cholesterol is much higher ldl is 179 toral cholesterol is 299. Don't know weather this cholesterol causing pain in body or not. I was suffering from anxiety disorder from last 5 years and took 10 mg of lexapro for more than 3 years. Do the forward and backward stretch five times each.
