I am a 50 year old female, I have my heel ache from past 1 month.What should I do?

Dear madam, take a bowl of hot water put two handsful of crystal salt in that immerse both of your heels and do dorsi and planter flexion for ten to fifteen mins. Do this twice a day. If pain consists feel free to contact me. Good day!
