I am 45 years old male and I am suffering from dysthymia,(my psychiatrist advised me to take mirtaz 15 at night as I am having insomnia also, my physician prescribed rosuvastatin 5 mg for increased cholesterol, I am consulting my psychiatrist in every 3 months, for last one month my sgpt level 70, today 85, I am taking rosuvastatin since 2 years, and mirtaz 15 since one year, is it significant, please guide me.

It is slightly high, but not alarmingly high. So get the opinion of your physician and psychiatrist. Both mirtaz (mirtazapine) and rosuvas can transiently elevate liver enzymes like sgpt as you mentioned. Monitoring the dose or changing to alternatives are options.
