First he have to avoid this and need to follow balanced diet.Do regular exercise like muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight. .Eat more food more frequently.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Take extra refined foods.Eat more protein for gain weight and build muscle.Use extra healthy fats in cooking.Take more nuts and seeds in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.MO smoking,alcohol.Use weight gainer supplement.Take proper rest at night.These simple things will help him.
