Sir/madam, I want to lose weight and I am living in hostel where we have to eat oily food and become difficult for most of the therapy to take in hostel to lose weight.

Start doing surya namakar everyday in morning for amazing results. Eat light dinner. Request your warden to be strict with mess peoples and tell them to put low oil. Start an exercise regime as you are very young. Drink at least 4 litre water everyday but never drink water after your meals, drink water after 90 minutes after your meals. Do kapal bhati everday after surya namaskar.
