I have a problem of tiredness and weakness specially in morning. Headache is also happen with no hunger oftenly and feeling muscular pain in whole body. Digestion is also not proper. Please help me to sort out my problem because it is affecting my job as well as my personal performance.

Make this ginger tea and drink in empty stomach and in the evening, ingredients are. Take 4-6 thin slices raw ginger (or more, depending on how strong you want it!) 1 1/2 - 2 cups water boil the ginger in water for at least 10 minutes. For a stronger and tangier tea, allow to boil for 20 minutes or more, and use more slices of ginger. Add juice from 1/2 lime. This will make you active by making proper digestion and reduces the headache caused by kapha.
