Sir my son 19 year old having 6' height is having 50 kg weight since last two years he has a problem of mouth ulser frequently i. E. 2-3 times in a month please suggest to relief from mouth ulcer and weight gain.

Sahad lagakar thodi der baad thuk de mouth ulcer gayab. Do it twice daily. Pet saaf rakhe. Keep your bowels clean. Avoid spicy foods.

Control his diet as per his height wt is not very significant, encourage him to do exercise regularly and maintain oral hygiene and use good paste and mouthwash with boro glycerin dressing on ulcers. It will improve.

Take vitamin tablets, eat more fruits, apply dentogel on mouth ulcers for pain relief, reduce stress, sleep more.

Mouth ulcers has no relation with height. Mouth ulcers has relation with tension that is why we call it as tension ulcers. Apply the gel gee x three times a day it will be ok.

Add multivitamins b-complex, green vegetables and fruits in diet to avoid mouth ulcers. Apply dologel on affected sites. Consult dietician for weight gain.
