Many reasons are there behind this. It could be hereditary, food habits, and if there is any heath problems. Take 5-6 times foods. Eat more frequently. Take whole cream milk. Eat banana 3-4pcs/day. Eat dense fruuits, vegetables. Eat extra refined foods. Take more protein in diet which will help you to gain weight. Use extra fats in cooking. Take nuts, seeds. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohl. Use weight gainer supplement. Do regular exercise like ewight lifting or otehr muscle building exercise for weight gain. Take proper rest. These basic things will be helpful.
