S hi doctor, I am single male aged 28. Will get married in few months. I am masturbating from age 15. I am facing a problem when I am sexually excited. I get nice erection and after few min a watery fluid comes out (precum) without touching or playing with the penis. After that it loses erection. So I need to manually stimulate and I get back a proper erection again and then if I masturbate I can ejaculate. What is really worrying for me is "after my 1st erection, watery fluid comes out and I immediately lose the erection" in order to get rid of the above mentioned problem, I stopped my masturbation habit for almost a month and observed the problem still appears.
