My full family tested positive for covid 19 in 2nd week of april. I had symptoms but my rt pcr test came negative. After almost 3 months on 3rd july I tested for covid-19 antibody and the result is 51.50 au/ml (bio. Ref. Interval is <12.0). Should I take vaccine now? I mean is it required for me at least for now?

You have antibodies for covid19 according to reports shared. But since your lab reports were negative, we would recommend you to take vaccine. You can consult me online for further information and online prescription.
