I am 15 and have -1 and -1.25 on left and right eyes respectively. I had visited a doctor and he prescribed me glasses but I want to ask if I have to wear it overtime (i mean anytime) or only when I am using digital devices (mobile, laptop etc.).in short, is it compulsory to wear it when I am reading books? And when doing things which I don't really need glasses, will it affect my eyes if I don't wear it every time.
