Stop eating fried spicy and junk food eat bland diet smaller amounts at more regular intervals there should not be GAP of more than 3 hrs between two meals

Mild change in the diet and lifestyle will be helpful to you. Eat fresh food.eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Drink plenty of liquids. Take milk, curd, buttermilk. Avoid constipation. Avoid spicy foods , caffeinated drinks, garam masala, laung, hing in foods. Hope this helps u.
