Hi, I am a vegetarian and eat non veg on weekends. Why are beef eaters, corporate employees calling me weak? Are they mentally ill or what? If they eat beef and chicken everyday, why should they get promoted first? I?m facing these problems. I do things equally what a non vegetarian does. In fact, I observed non vegetarian week built gym goers are panting/ gasping while doing cardio in front of me. I don?t gasp in tiredness. But they are lifting more weights than I can, which I am able to after many months eventually. Does this mean non vegetarians will be more stronger than vegetarian workout men at 80 years age? What if I can?t get a gf if people keep calling me i?m weak etc at my workplace because I eat 70 vegetarian?

Firstly, all the talk of being weak is a form of workplace harassment and only you will be able to take steps against it. As for your diet, it is a scientific fact that common vegetarian diet often lacks essential amino acids. Since you are not entirely avoiding non-vegetarian diet, you can consume 1 - 2 boiled egg (s) daily as it is a very good source of protein. Similarly, milk & milk products (yoghurt, curd, paneer) as well as mushrooms are a rich source of proteins as well.
