Dear siraj, it appears that you are having allergic rhinitis. Since it happens every morning or when you sleep it is most likely due to dust. Please see to it that you avoid dust. I would suggest that you change the bedsheet on which you sleep every day or put a fresh towel or a bed sheet atleast on the pillow you take. This will restrict the dust inhalation and you will should feel better. Regarding body weight for 167.5 cm 50 kgs is not overweight. Do you feel bloated or puffy? it might be due to lack of sleep and allergy. Please do the changes suggested it should help you.
