Hello Doctor, My age is 31 years. I am having some infertility issues. I had my Hysteroscopy on 7th Jan 2016 As per the report some small poly was there which is removed through laser and some blood flow was not happening which has been corrected. I had my periods after 31 days after hysteroscopy that was on 1st Feb else my cycle is of 25 days. This time my periods were very painful and flow was heavy in the first 3 days is it because of Hysteroscopy I was given some antibiotics afer hysteroscopy and some tablets to be taken for 20 days I was called on 2nd day of menses for follow up they did a scan and said all looks ok. I am asked to take tablet Enrifol 2 tablets at a time after breakfast and dinner for 20 days and then tablet gynaset for 5 days. From the day I started taking Enrifol I am having acidity and slight pain in left side of lower abdomen and heavy feeling in stomach Is it due to these tablets. I want to know the purpose of these tablets and will I be able to conceive even after taking these tablets and are these safe.
