Hii doctors I am 18-19 years old I am suffering from premature white hairs, and I am taking cate of my hair for last lockdown .n I took some tablets (prescribed by my dermatologist) with some hair tablets he prescribe me haemocare xt tab too. And my hairs have started turning black .i notice 2 white hairs with half dark turning in one month so due to some some problem I have discontinued taking tablets. So I just apply herbal henna powder for my hair and started taking normal multivitamin tablets but results are not effective I am worrying .then I have come to know about saptamruth lauh (ayurvedic medicine) can I take it .if yes then how to take I do not want to take it with ghee or triphala powder .is taking it with normal water also effective or any other option to restore hair colour. I know the reason of white hair its just nutritional defic. And unpropoer care as in my childhood I was suffered a lot from vomiting/pitta. But for the last 5 years pitta completely stopped. And for 5 months back I have cough so my family doc. Suggest me to do blood test in that everything is normal n told me that its just allergy cough .now I am fine in that blood test my haemoglobin level is 16.08.
