For a while my penis takes a shape close to an hourglass shape at the beginning of erection but that shape goes away when the erection is full and it's straight. I have no pain I went to the urologist and he told me that it's normal to have parts of the penis bigger that the others and he told me that I don't need any treatment can someone give me further explanation to that?
