Hiii it's jyoti from siliguri. My wife underwent laparoscopic myomectomy on dec 2018. We are married for 3 and half years. For the past 2 years we were going through a fertility course but till now we r unable to conceive. We have gone through certain tests and found that my wife fallopian tube of left is blocked. Also there is a cyst. For the pandemic we r unable to go out of station and nearly we tried our level best for every month but unable to conceive. My semen test testosterone are all normal. We r really frustrated we need urgent help. Some doctor suggested for iui. We r thinking for best iui centre in india. But we r really confused. Can we conceive naturally. Plzz suggest.
