Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Temporary tingling, numbness and other paraesthesias can be due to nerve compression and gets relieved as soon as the compression is removed, but persistent symptoms are not good. My advice to you since you are very young is to meet up with a neurophysician and get any polyneuropathy etc to be ruled out. You might require some tests and nerve conduction studies to be done for it, which I think is worthwhile. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
