I am doing dieting from last one week. I am eating oats daily in breakfast. Yesterday, I developed severe pain in my back which was resolved today after applying volini gel twice in morning and evening. Can that pain be because of dieting?
Not because of that. It might be due to previous strain in the back or due to weakness of the muscles. You can apply ice packs in the morning and you can keep hot pack in the night or you can do hot water fermentation in the night.
One week of dieting ,less likely to cause any bone related problems, though paraspinal muscle spasms may be the most likely scenario here. There are medicines and physical therapy that can benefit you.
